The Aelt training programme has helped me understand the importance of breaking down an issue, identify its root causes and laying down all the possible outcomes against its actions. It enables me to figure out what actions will give a greater impact and whether it is practical to follow. The programme is especially helpful in providing methods to these approach, along with the CLASSUM activities and the videos were very insightful in understanding how Korea tackled the many issues with e-learning during (and after) the pandemic. It gave us many ideas on how to deal with our own economy's issues based on the suggested solutions from other economies.
